Meet Claire Broderick

The Visionary Behind the Odder Things. Claire works as a professional stylist, curator of the unusual, and a true pillar of the Ypsilanti creative scene. Claire’s dual passion for art and style comes to life in two ways: through the meticulously curated shelves of This, That & the ODDer Things, and behind the secret bookshelf door of her private salon, Sprig’s Hideaway.

Claire utilizes the shop as a headquarters for fun, creative happenings in Depot Town. From bringing "Krampus" to town for holiday photos to producing full-scale street festivals (complete with giant wrestling bumblebees!), she is dedicated to making Ypsilanti a more vibrant, joyful place to live. Every item in the store is hand-selected to reflect her vision and to bring a little extra spark into the lives of her customers.
